Consultant will provide up to 20 hours of consulting services per calendar month.

A fixed monthly retainer fee, invoiced on the 1st of each month, due within 10 days.

This agreement continues month-to-month until terminated by either party.

Either party may cancel this agreement with 30 days' written notice.
