Contractor will provide freelance design services as described in the attached brief.

A flat fee of $4,000 total. 50% ($2,000) due upfront upon signing, with the remaining 50% due on delivery.

Work will be completed within 6 weeks of the effective date above.

Client owns all final files and deliverables upon receipt of full payment.

Either party may terminate with 14 days' written notice; fees for completed work remain payable.
