An employee slipped on a wet floor in Warehouse Bay 3, sustaining a minor ankle injury.

First aid was administered on site by the on-call safety officer. The affected area was cordoned off and a wet-floor sign placed immediately after.

Facilities was notified to inspect the drainage near Bay 3 to prevent recurrence.
