A designer who thinks
in systems.

I started out as a graphic designer, moved into UX research at 26, and eventually found my footing where interaction design meets engineering reality. That path gives me a somewhat unusual advantage: I care about aesthetics and I understand the constraints.

These days I'm most interested in early-stage product work, where decisions are still open and the design has real leverage. I've shipped products used by teams at Stripe, Figma, and Linear.

How I work

Understand the problem

Stakeholder interviews, competitive mapping, and enough research to know which questions actually matter before touching Figma.

Explore widely, decide fast

Rough concept work across 6-8 directions. I present the least-obvious options first. Decision criteria made explicit before the vote.

Build to spec

Component-level design files with annotation, token specs, and edge-case coverage. Handoff is a conversation, not a dump.

Measure and iterate

Define success metrics before launch. Then stay in the data for the first 30 days. Design isn't done at handoff.
